Purpose and Use of Information
The Location Assistant application, an advanced solution utilizing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, innovates the way users and employees navigate and manage their presence in our partner companies' offices. This app optimizes the process of identifying specific rooms or locations while providing seamless check-in and checkout functionality.
When assigned to a specific location, users/employees will be required to download and install the Location Assistant app on their mobile devices. The app registration process involves enabling Bluetooth, allowing it to connect smoothly with strategically placed BLE signal devices throughout the office.
It’s truly remarkable how, as users enter designated areas of the building, the app, synchronized with the signal devices, immediately notifies them of their proximity to specific locations. This feature not only simplifies navigation but also enhances security measures by ensuring that users are in designated areas when performing check-in or checkout.
Members are solely responsible for the security and storage of all activities conducted under their registered name, password, and email account.
Scope of Information Use
The Location Assistant app and the website https://location-tracking.eton.vn/ use the information provided by members to:
- Send notifications regarding information exchanges between members;
- Communicate and resolve issues with members in special cases.
Member personal information is not used for any purpose other than verification and contact related to transactions on the Location Assistant app. In cases of legal requirements, Location Assistant is obliged to cooperate and provide member personal information upon request from judicial authorities such as the prosecutor's office, court, or police in relation to any customer’s legal violations. Apart from this, no one has the right to infringe upon members' personal information.
Duration of Information Storage
Members' personal data will be stored until there is a request for cancellation or the member themselves logs in and performs the cancellation. In all other cases, members' personal information will be securely stored on Eton's servers.

Means and Tools for Users to Access and Edit Their Personal Data
Members have the right to self-check, update, adjust, or delete their personal information by logging into their account and editing personal details or by requesting the website administrator to do so.
Members have the right to file a complaint regarding the disclosure of their personal information to a third party with the Website Location Assistant Management. Upon receiving such feedback, Eton will verify the information and take responsibility to explain the reason and guide the member on how to recover and secure their information.
Commitment to Confidentiality of Personal and Customer Information
The personal information of members on the Location Assistant app and the website https://location-tracking.eton.vn/ is strictly confidential as per Eton's personal data protection policy. The collection and use of each member’s information is only done with the member’s consent, except where otherwise required by law.
Member personal information will not be used, transferred, provided, or disclosed to any third party without the member’s consent.
In case the information server is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of members' personal data, the website https://location-tracking.eton.vn/ will take responsibility for reporting the incident to the authorities for timely investigation and will notify members.
The Location Assistant Management is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to members' rights if it is found that the personal information provided at the time of initial registration is inaccurate.
